Yes. You cancel it yourself via the secure link in your confirmation email, and the refund amount is shown before you confirm. Cancellation is free within one hour of your payment (if departure is not within 3 hours), and also more than 24 hours before departure. Between 24 hours and 2 hours before pick-up, 50% of the amount is refunded. Less than 2 hours before departure, no refund is possible. If we have to cancel on our side, you are refunded in full. The refund is issued automatically to your payment method and appears within a few business days.
